  • Nuclear Medicine Application
  • 12 Layer Board
  • 6,671 Components Total
  • 3,178 Components on Top Side of Board
  • 3,493 Components on Back Side of Board
  • 0603 Capacitors and Resistors
  • Controlled Impedance Using Symmetric Stripline Layout Practices
  • PCB Consisted of 60 Shielded Channels that Each Contained Differential Pairs and Impedance Matched Traces
  • Differential Pairs Are Individually Shielded and Every Group of Pairs From the 60 Channels and Going to the Connectors Along the Board Perimeter Were All Required to be Equal in Length Relative to Each Other
  • For Timing Purposes, the Sum of Input Traces and Output Traces From Each of the 60 Channels Were Also Required to Match in Length Relative to Each Channel
  • PCB Traces Carefully Routed to Avoid Signal Crosstalk
  • Full Documentation Package Supplied to Customer Including Gerber Files, Drill Files, PCB Fabrication and Assembly Drawings, Component Auto-Place Files, Test Files, and Database Files
